These placeholder terms apply to the OWNEX closed beta. Complete terms will be published before general availability.
The beta service
OWNEX is currently offered as a closed beta, free of charge, to invited users in Sweden. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed during the beta period. We may add, modify or remove functionality as the product evolves.
Your responsibilities
You agree to register only assets you legitimately own or are authorized to manage, to provide accurate information and genuine evidence, and to use BankID credentials that belong to you. Registering stolen property or submitting forged evidence is a violation of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Ownership records
An OWNEX ownership passport is a strong, evidence-backed record — but it is not a substitute for legal title where specific legislation applies. The ledger records registrations, attestations and transfers as they were signed; it does not adjudicate legal disputes.
