This is a placeholder policy for the OWNEX closed beta. A complete policy will be published before general availability.
Our approach in short
OWNEX is designed so that personal data and private evidence stay in systems where they can be corrected and erased, while only cryptographic hashes and ownership events are written to the tamper-evident ledger. We collect only what we need to operate the service: your BankID-verified identity, the assets you register, and the evidence you choose to upload.
What we never do
We never publish your evidence files, never store personal data on the ledger, and never sell your data. Raw photos, receipts and certificates remain in encrypted private storage and are only shared when you explicitly initiate it — for example as part of a transfer or a claim.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Because personal data is kept off-chain, deletion requests can be honored without breaking the integrity of the ownership ledger.
